Ingrediente:sos de marar

100 ml. de lapte
50 g. de unt
faina
1 legatura de marar tocat

Cum se procedeaza:
Se pune faina intr-un vas uscat si se rumeneste putin in unt.
Se adauga laptele fiert si se amesteca incontinuu.
Se lasa sa fiarba 15 minute.
Inainte de a lua vasul de pe foc se adauga mararul.
