Ingrediente:piersici umplute cu biscuiti

100 g. biscuiti
migdale
5 piersici
1 ou
zahar
1 pahar de vin alb
unt

Cum se prepara:
Se taie piersicile in jumatate si se scoate samburele si miezul.
Se amesteca miezul de piersici cu biscuitii maruntiti si migdalele tocate, putin unt si un ou pana se obtine o pasta.
Se umplu apoi jumatatile de piersica cu amestecul.
Deasupra se aseaza cate o bucatica de unt si zahar.
Se aseaza apoi piersicile intr-o tava unsa cu unt in care se varsa un pahar de vin.
Se coc in cuptor pana se rumenesc putin.
