Ingrediente:

1 cana de orez
750 ml. de lapte
zahar (3-4 linguri)
1 conserva de ananas
3-4 banane
coaja de lamaie

Cum se procedeaza:
Se fierbe orezul in lapte cu zahar.
Dupa ce scade apa, se amesteca coaja de lamaie rasa cu orezul si se stinge focul.
Se lasa orezul la racit.
Se amesteca apoi cu fructele si se decoreaza cu felii de ananas.
