2 rosii fara pielita (eventual si fara samburi)
o legatura de patrunjel verde
crema de branza
ulei de masline

Cum se procedeaza:
Se taie marunt busuiocul si patrunjelul.
Ardeiul si rosiile se taie cubulete.
Se aseaza intr-un pahar in straturi alternative: crema de branza – ardei galben – busuioc si patrunjel verde – rosii – cativa stropi de ulei de masline.
Se decoreaza cu ardei, busuioc si rosii si se serveste cu paine prajita.
