Deobicei nu ma dau in vant dupa mamaliga, decat daca e bine ‘condimentata’ cu branza telemea sau, ca in reteta de mai jos, cu carnaciori. Vegetarieni, bineinteles 🙂
E simplu de preparat bulzul de mamaliga, mai mult dureaza sa se raceasca “materia prima”, decat prepararea retetei in sine:
