Ingrediente:

capsunispuma de capuni
frisca
un albus
2 linguri de zahar
sucul de la 1/2 de lamaie

Cum se prepara:
Se bate albusul spuma si frisca, apoi se amesteca intre ele.
Se adauga capsunile spalate si curatate, sucul de lamaie si zaharul si se amesteca cu mixerul pana se obtine o spuma.
Se serveste rece.
