Ingrediente:

  • 1 kg. rosii
  • 200 g. ceapa
  • 2 mere
  • 1 ardei gras
  • 1 pahar de ulei
  • zeama de la 2 lamai
  • 1 lingurita de sare
  • 100 g. zahar
  • 1 foaie de dafin tocata

Cum se prepara:

  1. Se curata merele si rosiile si se rad.
  2. Ceapa si ardeii se toaca.
  3. Se incalzeste uleiul intr-o cratita, apoi se adauga merele, rosiile, foaia de dafin si se fierbe la foc mic.
  4. Dupa o ora se adauga zaharul, sarea si zeama de lamaie.
  5. Se mai fierbe jumatate de ora, pana scade, apoi se toarna fierbinte in borcane.
