150 g. broccoli
100 g. morcovi
2 dovlecei
inele de ceapa rosie
2 linguri de vin
sare si piper

Cum se prepara:
legume in folieSe fierb in apa sarata morcovii 5 minute, apoi se adauga broccoli si inelele de ceapa.
Se intinde o bucata de folie de aluminiu intr-o tava. Se unge putin folia cu ulei si se aseaza legumele fierte deasupra, apoi dovleceii taiati felii (cruzi). Se sareaza, se pipareaza si se adauga vinul.
Se inchide apoi folia de aluminiu si se coace in cuptor 15 minute.
