Ingrediente:

  • 1 kg. boabe de struguri
  • 300 g. de zahar

Cum se prepara:reteta de must de casa

  1. Se storc boabele de struguri si se pune zeamala fiert cu zaharul.
  2. Se fierbe timp de o ora, indepartand spuma care se formeaza deasupra.
  3. Se lasa apoi mustul la racit dupa care se pune in sticle inchise ermetic.
  4. Se poate consuma cu apa minerala.
