500 g. ciuperci
1-2 cepe
50 g. unt
1-2 linguri de patrunjel verde tocat
sare si piper

Cum se procedeaza:sote de ciuperci
Ciupercile felii se pun la prajit in unt, in care inainte s-a calit ceapa.
Se adauga sare si piper si se inabusa pana scade zeama lasata de ciuperci.
Se stinge cu putina apa sau vin si se presara patrunjelul.
