800 g. cartofignocchi-cartofi-pesto
100 g. sos pesto
150 g. faina
50 g. branza sarata rasa
2 oua
sare si piper
70 g. unt
felii de branza

Cum se prepara:
Se fierb cartofii in apa cu sare.
Se zdrobesc apoi si se amesteca cu sosul pesto, faina, ouale batute, branza rasa, sare si piper.
Se formeaza bilute din aluat si se fierb in apa sarata.
Se servesc calzi.
