Ingrediente:

un aluat fraged
200 g. de dovlecei taiati felii
150 g. de cascaval
putin busuioc
2 linguri de branza sarata rasa
ulei
sare

Cum se prepara:placinta de dovlecei
Se pun intr-un castron dovleceii, cascavalul taiat cubulete mici, busuiocul, branza rasa, ulei si putina sare.
Se intinde aluatul intr-o tava, se ridica putin bordurile si se varsa deasupra amestecul din castron.
Se coace placinta in cuptor 30 de minute.
