250 g. branza mascarpone
150 g. zahar
150 g. miez de nuca
coaja rasa de la o portocala
100 ml. lapte

Cum se prepara:crema de mascarpone cu nuca
Se amesteca branza cu laptele si zaharul pana se obtine o crema omogena.
Se adauga apoi nucile maruntite si coaja de portocala rasa.
Se aseaza in pahare de desert un strat de biscuiti maruntiti, peste care se adauga crema de branza.
Se poate decora cu cacao presarata.
