Ingrediente:

2-3 cepe
1 telina
2-3 morcovi
150 g. ciuperci
soia (cuburi sau lunguiata)
suc de rosii

Cum se procedeaza: tocanita de legume
Se calesc cepele in ulei.
Se rad telina si morcovii.
Se adauga telina si morcovii impreuna cu ciupercile in tigaia cu ceapa.
Se inabusa totul si se adauga soia fiarta.
Dupa 2-3 minute se adauga sucul de rosii.
Se mai fierbe 5-10 minute si se condimenteaza.
