Ingrediente:

500 g ciupercichiftelute vegetariene din ciuperci
2 oua
branza sarata, rasa
pesmet
marar tocat
3 catei de usturoi
ulei
sare si piper

Cum se prepara:
Se fierb ciupercile in apa sarata, apoi se toaca. Se amesteca apoi cu ouale, usturoiul tocat, branza rasa si marar. Se adauga apoi pesmetul, sare si piper.
Se formeaza chiftele cu mainile si se prajesc in ulei.
